I vividly remember what it was like to be a new teacher. I was an intern without a master teacher and with a university supervisor who was months away from retirement. To say I felt alone was a HUGE understatement.
The new teacher retention rates are shockingly low. Roughly one third (or more by some estimates) of new teachers leave the classroom within their first five years!
With overwhelming outside responsibilities, crazy to-do lists, and a lack of support and resources, it's no wonder we have a teacher shortage dilemma!Â

Join NowI want to help change that! We're here to provide support and guidance to beginning teachers that want to thrive in their career and be the best rock star rookie they can!
