As a new teacher, you want to make an impact and do right by your students, but you need confidence, a tool kit, and a support system. Why is this so important? Well, teacher retention is at an all time low and the kids aren't going any where. Our society needs you! Your students need you. There is hope! Support is out there for you! I know you want to do the best you can in the classroom and sometimes that can be tough. But donā€™t give up! Your students need you to show up and be your best self.
