3. What is imposter syndrome and how do you manage it?

You know the phrase, “Fake it till you make it”?  Sometimes it leads to actually feeling like a fake.  This is called “imposter syndrome” and it is real.

So what are some steps you can take to?

1.  Reflect and recognize it

2. Focus on your strengths & concrete achievements

3. Admit your weaknesses

4. Reach out for help
