42. How can new teachers provide behavior support for students with special needs? With James Brannon
New teachers have so many challenges: lesson planning, grading, parent communication, and classroom management to name a few. You also have the many personalities and needs of your students to consider, and sometimes those needs might be more than you feel equipped to handle. So what do you do when you have challenging behaviors from students in your class that may have special needs? Well the answer is never straightforward, so today I brought in an expert. Listen in as my good friend, school psychologist James Brannon and I chat about some situations that may happen to you and offer you tips on how to deal with them.
